another day another dollar.
i'm writing this post as i anxiously // not patiently await for the phone call from SOMEONE letting me know that my friend had her baby.
guys...she's been at the hospital since 7 am. it's 10:05 pm. i'm not used to these long labors!
(kaye = 11 hours)
(sawyer = 6 hours...i think. it may have been 5.)
i mean...who wants to be in labor longer than that? so...if she could be so kind as to just have her baby already, that would be great.
PLUS! we don't know the gender. i'm calling girl. girl girl girl. i even bought their sweet baby girl some girl clothing. so...it's a girl.
call me the gender whisperer.
but this is not why we're here today! we're here for another round of
10 on tuesday. and ladies...i can't thank you enough for showing up these past few weeks. i just love it.
you know how this goes...
1 | draft your
10 on Tuesday list. it can be a list about anything. you can explain your list. or you don't have to. it could be your grocery list. your cleaning list. or a list about your top 10 pet peeves. but a list, nonetheless. k? k.

10 on Tuesday | 10 of my very most favorite blog posts
i've been blogging for...gulp...over five years. i can't even believe that. neither can my farmer. he thought it was going to be a fleeting hobby. well...one new laptop, a fancy camera, and countless hours later...i'm still at it. and i have a lot of posts to show for it. over 700, actually.
today...i'm picking my 10 favorite. a proverbial blog memory lane...if you will.
1 | that one time i wrote a 10 list about tips i learned from our wedding.
2 | that one time i wrote about a mysterious smell in the oven. oh lord...this one still makes me gag.
3 | that one time i wrote about our mouse invasion...oh and don't forget the story about baby mice in my running shoe.
4 | the post when i announced i was pregnant with kaye. i'm not sure what it was about that pregnancy...but i was an angry person...and i cried a lot. yikes.
5 | our pregnancy photo shoot...i still adore those pictures. (ps. it's too bad when you change your blog template all the formatting of pictures goes to garbage.
6 | that one time when i wrote down kaye's birth story. oh mercy. time flies.
7 | that one time i wrote about reasons you shouldn't wax yourself. don't worry...i haven't tried since then.
8 | kaye's one year old photo shoot...and let's not forget my adult braces.
9 | the time i wrote about what really happened on our wedding night. yikes!
10 | when i announced i was pregnant with sawyer.
11 | i can't not share sawyer's birth story...which is why i need 11.
and that's that! a trip down memory lane. lord. reading those birth stories kind of makes me want one more. but that seems like a slippery slope. does that mean every time i read a birth story i'll feel like i need just one more?
while i'm entertaining crazy thoughts...you should link up.
Such a sweet walk down memory lane! Love all the bump photos :)
ReplyDeleteLife is all about good and bad experience
DeleteLife is all about good and bad experience. It was all good and lovely
when i met jully, she was a good business woman until things become
rough for her and her business empire started liquidating. I was a very
courageous and hardworking man so i decided to sell my inheritance to
assist . We both struggle together and built the business world again.
This time around the business was growing from strength to strength. I
was surprise one Sunday evening when she came home with her secretary
and told me that we cannot continue with this pretense called love. I
was shocked and heart broken, i was in a friend, house for three weeks
frustrated until i met fernando my old friend at the supermarket, he
directed to me to Dr saka. I contacted saka and he told me that Jully
was been manipulated by some spiritual power and he told me to provide
some items which he is going to use to destroy the evil spirit. I never
believe in voodoo but i had to give him a trial. To my greatest
surprise, Jully called and started apologizing 2 days after i sent Dr.
Saka the email. I am very happy and will continue to be happy for the
good work the Saka has done in my life. Problems are been solved when
good people like Saka are on this planet, please contact him through
ultimatespearcast@gmail.com if you need any support in any problems in
life. I love Dr Saka ... :)
Oh my word...#3. We have a mousy house ourselves. Can't wait to read that one (among others). Thanks for the fabulous party.
ReplyDeleteIf I was going to pick a favourite blog post of yours it would probably be the mysterious smell in the oven. So terrible and so hilarious when you're just reading about it instead of experiencing it!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to go back and read these posts! I love love a birth story. They are always my favorite!
ReplyDeleteEvery time I look at your pictures it makes me want to move to a farm lol. Amazing how time flies when you look at this little hobby!
ReplyDeleteThese are great! I'll have to go back and read these since I've only been following you for a few months!
ReplyDeleteI never did a pregnancy photo shoot. I took pictures at home, but never took the time for professional ones. I wish I had. Your's look beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOmg girlfriend I loved this post!! your writing makes me feel like I know you and you are hysterical. Loved the post about the rats... we just went through something similar and it was so stressful lol. and I had forgotten about your infamous wedding night!! great post
ReplyDeleteAwww, what a great walk down Memory Lane, huh? I love the pictures...however, the pic of your hubby throwing Kaye up in the air that high, freaks me out! Ha!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun post! I've just spent 30+ minutes while at work reading all your fun blog posts!
ReplyDeleteThe smell in the oven and the mouse post have me intrigued, but nervous. I am deathly afraid of mice. I have no idea why! When thinking about purchasing homes, that's one of the first things I think about...is it int he country or close to an open field? Ha! On a side note, your wedding pictures and maternity pictures are just stunning. Can't wait to go back and read all of these posts. Thanks for hosting this link up. I love a good Top Ten list.
ReplyDeleteLoved this post - I think I DEFINITELY have to join in next week! Loving your 10 lists x
